Septoplasty (Deviated Septum)

The wall separating the nasal cavity into two is called the "septum". A deviation of the septum to one side blocks the airway on that side.

Symptoms

• Unilateral or alternating nasal congestion
• Sleeping with mouth open, snoring
• Frequent recurrent sinusitis and pharyngitis
• Waking up tired and with dry mouth in the mornings

Surgery Process

Septoplasty surgery is performed using a closed method through the nostrils. Crooked bone and cartilage parts are corrected. There is no external shape change, bruising, or swelling.
