Op. Dr. Hüseyin Arslan Clinic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.

How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g. medical treatment).
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party).
  • Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Anonymous Traffic and Attribution Measurement

To measure which channel contributed to an enquiry, an anonymous session code is kept within the tab and the last verified non-direct source is retained in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days. It contains no name, phone number, message, raw IP address or cross-site advertising identifier. A direct return is reported only as a “last known source” model and is not treated as an observed referrer. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Social Media (Meta) & Messaging Data

When you contact us via Instagram, Facebook (Messenger) or WhatsApp, your message content, name, profile username and profile picture are shared with us through Meta’s official APIs. We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your patient consultation. We never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. It is retained until your request is resolved or until you ask us to delete it.

Deleting Your Data

To delete your data you can: (1) send us the message “delete my data”, (2) remove our app’s access from your Instagram/Facebook settings, or (3) submit a request on our data deletion page. Your request is fulfilled within 30 days at the latest. Data deletion page
